However, the rooms were not cleaned throughout the week, lacking fresh towels and sheets, and the air conditioning was ineffective. The service I received was quite disappointing, with staff being rude and unhelpful. The dining options were subpar, not offering a variety of English dishes. On the bright side, the hotel's facilities were decent.
